Shipping & Delivery

Currently, all New Zealand orders are shipped through Fastway Courier or CourierPost. They will all be signature delivery.

*Delivery Time is usually within 4 business days, however some Lower South Island areas may take a day or so longer

Shipping will be calculated on your order, in your selected currency, when you proceed through to the checkout and fill in your shipping details.

Disclaimer clause:
The price advertised might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations.  This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.

Tracking/Estimated Delivery Times:

Once you've placed your order with Hipsta, and payment is confirmed we will send straight away usually the same day or the very next. The first you’ll hear from us is when you’ve completed your order – we will send you an e-mail straight away to confirm that we’ve got it and processing will start pretty much immediately.

Note:

  • Orders placed in the weekends or on public holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
  • Some South Island deliveries may take a little longer, so maybe wait an extra day before contacting us if possible.
