We offer a Fully Tracked International courier Service door to door through NZ couriers to Australia
Includes delivery throughout Australia
Includes delivery to PO Boxes and Rural Addresses
Packets and parcels are quoted up to 1 Kilo - shoebox size .015 CBM
We have a dedicated Account Manager for any problems that arise
Timeframe : 5-10 working days
If there are any taxes payable this is your responsibility

The prices quoted for USA  and UK is an un-tracked service
We can send  a tracked service via our courier option however this more expensive, but if you wish to use this service please contact websales@hipsta.co.nz

Returns Policy

We accept returns!
Whether the size isn't quite right, the colour is not quite what you thought or it just isn't the funk you want!
If for any reason you're not happy with your purchased item, notify us immediately by contacting websales@hipsta.co.nz.

For returns to be accepted:
- The item must be returned in an unused and resalable condition.
- They must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
 
We do not issue refunds, but upon the return, Hipsta will replace or exchange the item for another item of your choice at equal value.
Please note that return shipping costs will be incurred by you the customer.
